Looking for work is these times is challenging.
I have had fifteen furniture stores at one time,
have had a furniture mfg facility, owned an
adv agency, have given
motivational seminars. and have taken over
companies in dire straits and turned them around.
I am quite adept at training and motivating
salespeople and general workers.
A response I have never understood is, 'You
are over qualified'. Excuse me?
I think that is what managers who fear your
abilities say in order to make sure you are not
going to be around to be a threat to their little
position.
If you are looking for a competent employee
who is never late, never takes a day off for
sick leave, etc.. and will do any and every job
that needs doing, from sweeping floors cheerfully,
to security, to book keeping, to running your
organization for you, and has better sense than
to get inapropriately involved with other employees,
and does not carry gossip, give me a call.
